SHIPPING POLICY
-If you do not receive your parcel 3 working days after shipping, it's likely that you've missed the delivery and the article is being held at your nearest post office. You can either call Pos Laju to arrange a redelivery or pick up at the post office. Please drop us an email to request your tracking number.
-We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during delivery.
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
We ask for your understanding that STRICTLY NO EXCHANGES/REFUNDS ALLOWED for sizing or any other reason (even if return postage is paid for by the customer)
Please check measurements stated on website carefully and allow up to 1-2cm discrepancy from stated measurements due to manufacturing batch differences. Colours may vary slightly due to lighting.
Please check all your items immediately on receipt, for wrong item(s) /manufacturing defects, please inform us within 3 days of receipt and return the pieces in their original condition with tags to us within 21 days of purchase date. A piece of the same size and design will be sent to you in exchange.
RESERVATION POLICY
Purchases are on a first come first served basis. Your item will be reserved for you for 24 hours after invoicing, after which it may be released to the next person on the waitlist without notice, thus please make your payment soon to avoid disappointment.
